These 1960s small jaw clip are technically for hair adornment but can be used for clothing, hats, or bags too.
Brass was often recycled for pieces like these, and then pressed. Here, the butterfly sits on tip of the clip with a detailed body and antennae,
Adorned with small bead detail in red and blues, with delicate cut out detailing on the wing edges: the wings sit on tiny brass springs that makes them look like they are fluttering and flapping when the wearer moves. Measure 4 x 3cm and in excellent condition.
